TransAc Plus is a computerized system
designed to automate record keeping for associations, small organizations
or activity groups etc. The program incorporates the following modules: Membership
records, Fees/Dues records, and Basic Accounting
TransAc Plus runs on Windows 98/ME/ XP/NT/Vista
and utilizes the features of Graphic User Interface (GUI), easy-to-use
data-entry screens, powerful search engine, and numerous report
options.
Membership Records
Use this module to identify membership by ID number,
surname, first name, street address, mailing address, district,
status, telephone numbers, etc.
Fees/Dues Records
This module is used to record the fees or dues paid to the organization
by members. Each fee is recorded by date, amount and category. Data
entry is simple and reports are numerous and practical.
Accounting
The Accounting streamlines the process of recording income and
expenditures. It is designed for users who have no or very little
experience or training in accounting procedures. The current version
allows for split entries when recording expenses and/or deposits.
The report formats include Statement of Income and Expenditure,
Monthly Cash Flow, Category Report, Bank Register, and more.
Reports
Numerous reports are available including memberships lists,
address and phone lists, mail labels, year-to-date and year-end
reports, receipts with/without summary for dues paid, and more.
