Contributors: Identify appropriate information about each contributor
such as ID number, name and address, district/zone, status, telephone
numbers, etc. There are numerous list and label reports as well
as a LetterWriter program.
b. Family Profile: All
family members can be identified individually by name, address,
date of birth, age etc. The Profile is linked to the Contributor
module: in this way some related information could be automatically
copied from the Contributor's records. There are many practical
reports including Birthday list.
c. Offerings: Each Contributor's
offering is recorded by Date and Category. User defined pop-up Fields
make data entry simple and consistent. There are numerous reports
e.g. quarterly and year-end detailed, tax receipts etc.
d. Accounting: Record
deposits and expenditures that allow for split entries (can assign
each record entry to an unlimited number of accounts). Reports include
Statement of Income and Expenditure, Transaction Register, Monthly
Cash Flow, Category Report and more.
e. Church Records: Record
and print information on baptisms, dedications, confirmations, deaths/burials,
marriages, and organizations/activities. Many pre-formatted reports
are available and, where appropriate, certificates can be printed
as well. Users in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador can
print a Return of Birth Form directly from the Baptismal data.
